Creating Thermoformed Parts
Here are a few of our projects in the fabrication process. We start with 3D model CAD drawings.
Our process includes:
- Creating tools
- Preparing equipment
- Manufacturing parts
We customize our equipment to accommodate complex projects. Our skilled workers handle trimming and finishing tasks.
Our processes are tailored to meet specific needs, including:
- Die cutting
- Assembly when required
- Coordinating tasks between different work teams
- Quality control and efficient product packaging before shipping
For large parts, we use Maac Rotary Thermoforming equipment to produce parts up to 5 feet x 9 feet.
We utilize a 60-foot Sencorp machine for high-volume runs, allowing for inline thermoforming of up to 1,500,000 parts per run.
