Die Cutting & Creasing

Our die-cutting presses cut plastic or foam with pressure using steel rule dies to create consistent shapes. Die-pressed pieces feature clean, crisp edges and, if necessary, neat, even creases.

Using a die-press outfitted with a combination of sharp and dull dies, we can trim thermoformed parts and create some parts that don’t require vacuum forming for uniform, fast, consistent, and cost-effective small to higher volumes.

Fast Forming is known for precision die-cutting and producing high-quality die-cut plastic materials for the aerospace, automotive, marine, robotic, tool, and healthcare industries.

Enjoy lower manufacturing costs and a consistent supply of stock materials with ready- to-use die-cut components, including custom laminations of die-cut materials and pressure-sensitive adhesives.

Save time & money with our accurate and quick product turn-around, American-made in the heartland.

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product.
Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming. A plastic sheet is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold, then forced against the mold by a vacuum.
Drape Forming is a labor-intensive process of creating formed parts by hand. While not necessary for most projects, it can be the best option for customers who require a relatively simple design with a very uniform wall thickness.
Novelty Plastic items are custom-created for clients.
Die-cutting & Creasing Steel rule dies to create consistent shapes. Die-pressed pieces feature clean, crisp edges and, if necessary, neat, even creases for uniform, fast, consistent, and cost- effective parts.
